Amsterdam Rai Center, Netherlands - November 14th-16th, 2017 - Booth location: Super Yacht Pavilion #10.518 & the Global Superyacht Forum from November 12th – 16th.
It’s no secret that Palladium has a passion for technology. As evidence in last years’ interactive presentation showcasing “Augmented Reality“.
Mike Blake led the discussion with such provocative questions as- ”What will the impact of augmented reality be on the superyacht market? As this technology becomes more prevalent in everyday life, how will this change the vessel, the crew and the owner’s experience?”
Palladium, a total solutions based company, offers SiMON X the Alarm, Monitoring and Control system, along with AV entertainment, Cabin and Lighting control, Security, IT networking and Electrical services to name a few.
The glass bridge display showcases our SiMON X which provides one common, and ergonomically engineered, user-interface, delivering instrumentation and functionality, on clean multi-touch glass panels. The panels are positioned in the more traditional vertical format, along with one horizontal rectangular glass panel (multiple LCDs bonded from below), that replaces all of the switches and indicators on the helm surface.
No boats are included in this show but manufacturers travel from all over the world to participate in this very productive show. It runs in conjunction with the Global Yacht Forum, of which Palladium is a sponsor this year, and is hosted by The Yacht Report magazine. The Forum presents issues and concerns from the industry leaders of the megayacht world.
